First, check with neighbors or the courier. Sometimes packages are left in secure areas or with others nearby. 

Q: What happens if my package is stolen or delivered to the wrong address?
A: Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or misdelivered orders. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your courier. You can also file a claim with the courier for stolen or misdelivered packages.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately using the contact information at the bottom of our website, including your order number and the correct address. However, due to our high order volume, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once your order has been processed.
