Core rules (face)

✅ Sun/heat habits. Shade, hats, and avoid hot-water face washing.

✅ Papaya enzyme cleanse: 30–45 seconds, 2–3×/week.

✅ Kojic brightening soap: 20–30 seconds max, 1–2×/week on resilient skin only (skip if sting).

✅ Vitamin C serum: thin layer on dry skin most mornings (non-irritating antioxidant support).


30-day cadence (example)

Week 1 (Reset & Prime)

1. Mon: Gentle cleanse → Moisturizer

2. Tue: Papaya enzyme (30–45s) → Rinse → Moisturizer

3. Wed: Gentle cleanse → Vitamin C serum → Moisturizer

4. Thu: Gentle cleanse → Moisturizer

5. Fri: Papaya enzyme (30–45s) → Rinse → Moisturizer

Week 2 (Introduce Brightener Carefully)

✅ Vitamin C on non-enzyme mornings as tolerated.

Week 3 (Build Consistency, Not Aggression)

✅ Papaya: 2–3× this week.

✅ Kojic: up to 2× only if zero irritation.

✅ One “repair night” midweek: moisturizer only.

Week 4 (Consolidate Gains)

✅ Maintain the same rotation.

✅ If edges are fading but centers persist, spot-focus kojic (20s) only on marks, not whole face.


Sensitive-skin modifications

✅ Enzyme 1–2×/week; skip kojic for now.

✅ Vitamin C every other morning.

✅ If any sting/tightness: pause actives 48–72h, then resume gentler.

Breakout-day rules

✅ No kojic/exfoliating that day.

✅ Cleanse gently → moisturize → non-comedogenic SPF/hat if outdoors.

Photo-tracking checklist

✅ Lighting: daylight near a window, same time each week.

✅ Angles: straight-on + left/right 45°.

✅ Days: 1, 7, 14, 30.

Troubleshooting

✅ Dry/tight: shorten contact, add a rest night, richer moisturizer.

✅ No change by Day 30: verify you actually hit 2–3 enzyme sessions + 0–2 kojic sessions/week, kept contact short, and moisturized after every active.
